LEROY ROBINSON

NASM Certified
Leroy likes to focus on engaging the core muscles throughout an entire workout.  He believes that a strong core leads to a healthier and happier life, and who wouldn’t want to have a flatter stomach?  Muscle confusion workouts lends to fat burning and quicker muscle tone. He would love to provide members with a unique exercise program that strengthens weak muscles, lengthens tight muscles to minimize injuries and promotes longevity.  Are you finding everyday life functions harder to manage, or are you finding yourself on a weight loss plateau?  Leroy has the ability to guide you towards reaching your goals no matter how big or small they are!

DEREK FOSMIRE

AFAA certified
Derek enjoys teaching strength and power moves while focusing on form and control to get the most from each repetition. Progression training is his specialty, bringing you from your current level of fitness to successfully reaching your goals in a short period of time. From beginner to advanced, every fitness level will benefit from Big D's workout.

KIERSTEN RACELA

Kiersten likes to focus on weight loss, sport specificity, injury prevention, and strength and conditioning. She believes that fitness is not just about breaking a sweat or giving someone a great workout. It’s about finding the passion and the self-respect to become and stay healthy. She also believes that weight lifting and overall physical activity is vital in life. Kiersten’s animated and exciting style combined with a vast variety of workouts help contribute to the desire and readiness of each person that she trains.
