W HETHER it’s a game of squash, a few laps in the pool, a cardio workout or strength training, the Club’s athletic facilities offer a variety of options to fit each members’ desires and capabilities. The state-of-the-art weight room features Paramount strength training equipment, the Parabody Smith weight training system, and a complete line of cardiovascular machines.
Our in-house fitness instructor, Rose Snyder, offers aerobic and strength
training classes throughout the year on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings,
at both 7:00am and 8:00am. Classes run for an entire semester in the fall,
spring and summer.
Members and their guests may also enjoy the Club's lap pool, whirlpool
spa, steam room and sauna. Personal lockers are available for rent on an
annual basis in our recently renovated men’s and women’s locker
rooms.
