Our sessions are typically 60 minutes in length for optimal results, however; we can customize a 30-minute intense workout for those members with time restrictions. The exercises, training methods and equipment we use will depend on your goals. All sessions are specific and dynamic to maximize your time and results.

PERSONAL PROGRAM DESIGN - $200
We create a customized fitness program for you to complete without the assistance of a trainer.
Your training will consist of 3 Phases:
Phase 1 - a 60-minute client consultation and equipment assessment.
Phase 2 - program walk-through and demonstration of the exercises in your program. You will be shown how to use the existing fitness equipment and learn proper exercise training techniques. You will be given your own program write-up to track your progress. The write-up will list the exercise as well as the required sets, reps, and weight.
Phase 3 - one 60-minute training session to review and progress your excersie plan with you trainer.
SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING
Our Sports Specific Training packages are perfect for all ages and skill levels. Whether you are looking to stay in shape in the off-season or seeking to improve your all-around performance, our Sports Specific Training is designed around each athlete's specific goals and abilities. We work with athletes from all sports, including; but not limited to golf, tennis, squash, skiing, snowboarding, running, swimming, and many more.
One hour session: $60/session
One hour: $65
A great way to learn the foundations of Yoga in a private setting, great for beginners or anyone curious about yoga. Learn step by step the basic foundations to doing yoga. Discover how learning yoga breathing can quiet the mind, and cultivate a less stressful lifestyle. Yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up--all at the same time. Research shows that Yoga helps manage or control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, epilepsy, headaches, heart dissease, multiple sclerosis, stress and other conditions and diseases.
